Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and a few negatives. The rooms were well equipped and spacious for our family of 5, but lacking necessary ski equipment facilities. The service was accommodating but had some delays in clearing plates. The location was excellent for skiing and hiking, although not catering to all tastes. The dining options were varied, although some essentials were missing like a toaster. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious and tastefully decorated rooms equipped with a double bed plus triple bunk bed. Despite some noise from the building site nearby and proximity to loud A/C ducts, my stay was comfortable overall. The service lacked the expected higher-end hotel standards, notably with beer being removed for insufficient food purchase. The location at the bottom of the slopes near ski facilities was convenient, ideal for ski enthusiasts. The dining experience provided a variety of selections, including options for vegetarians, enhancing the stay. Although the facilities were satisfactory, some aspects could be improved for a better guest experience.
The hotel rooms were well-equipped and spacious for our family, but there were some lacking amenities and the music was unpleasant. The service was efficient and accommodating. The location was convenient for winter activities. The dining options were varied and the hotel facilities were good.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had some issues but were eventually relocated to a new wing, missing certain amenities but spacious for families. The absence of a phone was surprising. However, service was accommodating, especially with breakfast restocking and flexible checkout times, despite some language barriers. The location is excellent for outdoor activities and families, with easy access to the ski lifts. The dining experience was average with some limitations in choice. Overall, there were mixed feelings about the facilities.
